Morgane Graffion

Morgane is a 6+ years experienced professional in CSR & Sustainability.

She started her career working within Sustainability Departments of several large companies in France (chemistry, banking, hospitality, retail). She then joined the United Nations Global Compact France supporting the largest signatory companies on a wide range of issues (UN SDGs, UNGC 10 principles, Human rights, extra financial reporting, biodiversity, climate change, SBTi, responsible value chains, etc.).

She is now ESG Lead at the Global Maritime Forum a Copenhagen-based international not-for-profit organization committed to shaping the future of global seaborne trade to increase sustainable long-term economic development and human wellbeing – particularly working on these transparency initiatives: the Poseidon Principles, the Sea Cargo Charter and the Poseidon Principles for Marine Insurance – which provide frameworks for respectively assessing and disclosing climate alignments of ship finance portfolios, chartering activities and hull & machinery insurance maritime insurance portfolios.
